一、功能与特点：

1、齿片式粉碎机，可粉碎处理浆、未处理浆。

2、棉芯网轮成型。

3、高分子与木浆混合，伺服电机控制添加量。

4、原材料自动换接料，伺服电机控制张力。

5、配置纠编器。

6、整机速度同步、相位同步全部通过变频电机+PLC控制。

7、采用触摸屏作为人机界面(HMI)。

8、配置双出口堆垛机，伺服电机驱动。

9、安全防护门采用铝合金框架，钢化玻璃门。

I.  Functions and Features

1.The teeth-like crusher can be used to crush the treated pulp and untreated pulp.

2. Cotton core forming uses web-wheel forming.

3.SAP is mixed with fluffy pulp,the amount is confrolled by servo   motor and PLC evently. 

4.Raw materials' auto splicing, servo motor control tension.

5.With rectifiers.

6.The whole machine is running synchronously , driven by servo motor and PLC control system.

7. Adopt the touching screen for HMI.

8.Two outlets stacker as per customer's demand, servo motor driving. The packing specification is 10-40pcs/line, can produce 1-2line/pack

9.Security door adopts the Aluminum Alloy framework with the steel glass door.
