二、各部分主要技术要求
Main Parts Technical Requirements:
（一）、圆网部由回头辊，伏辊，圆网部，机架，网箱，吸水箱等组成。
Mould cylinder parts consist of return roll, mould cylinder, frame, cylinder box, suction box etc.
1 、回头辊Φ400*1950mm，壁厚16mm无缝钢管表面包胶，挂胶硬度为95A。
Return roll: Φ400*1950mm, shell thickness is 16mm; shell material is seamless steel cover rubber; rubber hardness is 95A.
2 、网部：网笼Φ1250*1950mm，三套，不锈钢片式网笼，铸铁轮幅。
Wire section: cylinder mould Φ1250*1950mm, 3 sets, stainless steel slices type, cast iron wheel arm.
3 、伏辊：Φ400*1950mm，厚臂12mm无缝钢管表面包胶厚25mm，硬度35A。
Couch roll: Φ400*1950mm, shell thickness is 12mm; shell material is seamless steel cover 25mm rubber; rubber hardness is 35A.
4 、伏辊调节方式：手轮丝杆调节，可以调节伏辊对网笼的线压力，也可以抬起伏辊，以备换网之用。
Couch roll adjust type: hand wheel screw rod, not only can adjust linear pressure of ouch roll to cylinder mould but also lift couch roll in case to change wire.
5、吸水箱为不锈钢板冷轧而成，面板为高分子材料pvc料。
Suction box is stainless steel cold rolled, panel is PVC.
6、导辊为Φ159x2050mm表面包胶，轴承为209.208。
Guide roll is Φ159x2050mm cover rubber，bearing is 209.208
7 、手动调毯器，张紧器。
Manual felt adjustment, tensioner.
8 、机架：碳钢焊接架体，清除内应处理，进行表面防锈处理：加压背为碳钢焊接，强度高，保证加压需要。
frame: carbon steel welded, do remove internal treatment, and surface anti-rust treatment: pressurized arm is carbon steel welded, high strength, which can ensure the need for pressure.
（二）、 卷纸部：由成型缸，托辊，自动断纸部组成。
Reel section: consist of forming cylinder, touch roll, automatic paper cut device and do on.
1、 成型缸为Φ1450*1950*2400 1台。
钢板卷制，壁厚为25 mm。表面镀铬。气动加压装置
立柱压背为钢板焊制，加工而成。
Forming cylinder is Φ1450*1950*2400 1set
Steel plated rolled, shell thickness is 25mm. surface cover Chrome. Pneumatic pressurized; column press arm is steel plate welded.
2、 托辊；Φ500*1950*2400 1条，辊体为铸铁包胶，25mm
厚，硬度为93±2，表面车制沟纹。
Touch roll: Φ500*1950*2400 1pc; shell body is cast iron cover rubber, shell thickness is 25mm, rubber hardness is 93±2; surface has groove.
3、自动断纸装置1套。
Automatic paper cut device 1 set
4、本机所有设备用电器大于22KW配置启动装置（正泰）。主机自动系统部份采用西门子或三肯。
All motors of this equipment whose power larger than 22KW will be equipped with soft starter (Chint brand)
The paper machine PLC use Siemens or Mitsubishi.

（三）、 输送部
Transfer section
1、 传动辊Φ400*1950*2400，2条辊体无缝钢管，表面包
胶。
Drive roll: Φ400*1950*2400, 2pcs ; roll body is seamless steel, surface cover rubber.
2、3刀切纸装置，带1.5kw电机1台。
Paper cutter is with 3 knives, 1.5kw motor 1set.
3、接纸台1套，型钢焊接而成。
Paper collecting table 1 set, profile steel welded.
4、导辊Φ159*2050*2400 。
Guide roll Φ159*2050*2400
5、手动紧毯器，调毯各1套。
Manual felt tighter 1set, tensioner 1set.
（四）传动部
Drive section
1、配ZLY型500减速机，30kw调速电机，4kw调速电及电控柜各1台。
Equipped ZLY 500 reducer 1 set, 30kw motor 1 set; 4kw motor 1 set and 1 set electric control cabinet.
2、配减速机，电机底板，连轴器。
Equipped with reducer, motor sole plate, coupling.
（五）基础部
Sole plate
1、网部地轨面宽170mm 单槽。
